About Kellye

Built by someone who’s been exactly where you are – and cares enough to not let you stay stuck.

I’m Kellye Franklin — leadership strategist, performance coach, and someone who spent 28+ years in Fortune 50 and government operations learning the hard way why some leaders scale and others stall.

I’ve held roles including Chief of Staff and IT Program Management Office senior leader. I’ve led teams across aerospace, behavioral health, finance, and technology. I know what it feels like to be the most capable person in the room and still feel like you’re running in place.

I built the Leadcelerator™ Hub because the leadership development that existed when I needed it most wasn’t built for people like me — emerging and mid-level leaders navigating complex organizations without a playbook. So, I wrote the playbook.
